Speed Park srl, owner of the website GpMonzaCamping.it (hereinafter for brevity “Speed Park“), with registered office at Via Parco snc, 20853, Biassono, MB, in addition to the provisions of ‘privacy policy, wishes to inform users about the use of cookies and other tracking technologies, as more fully specified from time to time (e.g., pixel or SDK; hereafter, for convenience, cookies and the aforementioned technologies are referred to as “Cookie“). Speed Park would like to inform you that it uses Cookies in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (European Data Protection Regulation; “GDPR“), Legislative Decree. 196/2003 as amended (Personal Data Protection Code), Directive 2002/58/EC, the Provision of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data (“Privacy Guarantor“) “Identification of Simplified Methods for Providing Information and Obtaining Consent for the Use of Cookies” dated May 8, 2014, as well as in accordance with subsequent “Clarifications on the Implementation of Cookie Legislation” of June 5, 2015 and the “Cookies and Other Tracking Tools Guidelines” of June 10, 2021.

With reference to the specific issue of personal data transfers outside the European territory, please refer to paragraph 7 of theprivacy policy.
What are Cookies?
Cookies are small text strings that a site sends to the user’s terminal, where they are automatically stored and then automatically sent back to the site each time the user accesses it. Cookies enable the site to recognize the user’s device and allow the user to navigate between pages, remembering expressed preferences and improving the user experience. They can also make sure that advertisements displayed online are more appropriate and relevant to users’ interests.
- directly by the owner and/or manager of the website (so-called first-party cookies);
- by third parties other than the publisher of the website visited by the user (so-called third-party cookies). Unless otherwise specified, it is recalled that third-party cookies fall under the direct and exclusive responsibility of the same operator. Further information about privacy and their use can therefore be found directly on the sites of their respective operators.
Taking into account the indications of the Privacy Guarantor and the opinions issued in the European context by the Article 29 Working Party (an independent European working group, now replaced by the European Data Protection Board, known as the EDPB), Cookies can be traced to the following categories:
1. Technical cookies
Technical Cookies are necessary to carry out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communication network and to provide the service requested by the user. They include:
- Session or browsing cookies: these are the cookies that are not stored persistently on the user’s terminal and are deleted when the browser is closed and are strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers necessary to enable the safe and efficient exploration of the site.
- Functionality cookies: allow users to remember site settings they choose, such as language or privacy preferences, in order to improve their services and browsing experience.
With respect to these types of Cookies, it is not necessary to acquire the user’s prior and informed consent.
2. Analytical cookies
Analytical cookies, as recently remarked by the Privacy Guarantor, can be used, among other things, to assess the effectiveness of an information society service provided by a publisher, for the design of a website or to help measure its traffic (i.e., the number of visitors, including possibly broken down by geographic area, connection time slot, or other characteristics).
Similarly, Analytical Cookies, where installed by third parties, do not require the collection of prior user consent where direct identification of the data subject is not achieved (so-called single out) in order to prevent the use of direct and unique identifiers. In particular, such Cookies must have the following characteristics: (i) the same Cookie must be referable to not just one but multiple devices, so as to create reasonable uncertainty about the computer identity of the person receiving it (e.g., by masking appropriate portions of the IP address), (ii) the use of Cookies shall be limited solely to the production of aggregate statistics and such Cookies may be used in relation to a single site or application only mobile, so that the person’s browsing is not tracked when using different applications or browsing different websites. In addition, it is clarified that third parties, which provide the publisher with the web measurement service, shall in any case not combine the data, even thus minimized, with other processing (customer files or statistics of visits to other sites, for example) or transmit them in turn to further third parties, under penalty of unacceptably increasing the risks of user identification; except where the production of statistics by them with the minimized data affects multiple domains, websites or apps traceable to the same publisher or business group.
Instead, the user’s consent will be required for analytical cookies installed by third parties without safeguards aimed at minimizing the processing of data collected through the same cookies.
3. Profiling cookies
Profiling cookies are used to trace specific recurring actions or behavioral patterns in the use of offered features (patterns) back to specific identified or identifiable individuals for the purpose of grouping different profiles within cluster homogeneous of different widths, so that it is also possible to modulate service delivery in an increasingly personalized manner, as well as to send targeted advertising messages, i.e., in line with the preferences expressed by the user in the context of web browsing. The installation of Profiling Cookies and the resulting processing of the user’s personal data are optional, so the user’s consent is required for the installation of this type of Cookie.
Your consent will also be required in relation to “mixed” Cookies (i.e., installed and used for different purposes and not merely having a technical/analytics connotation).
Specifically, through Profiling Cookies Speed Park may possibly pursue the following purposes as defined by the IAB Transparency Framework standard. N.B. The purposes for which we ask your consent to access our services as an alternative to paid subscription are only those marked with an asterisk.
- Store information on device and/or access it *
Cookies, devices, or similar online identifiers (e.g., access-based identifiers, randomly assigned identifiers, network-based identifiers) along with other information (e.g., browser type and browser information, language, screen size, supported technologies, etc.) may be stored on or read by the user’s device to recognize the user whenever the user connects to an app or website, for one or more of the purposes presented here. - Use of limited data for advertising selection *
Advertising presented to the user on this service may be based on limited data, such as the website or app in use, the approximate location, the user’s device type, or the content with which the user interacts (or has interacted) (e.g., to limit the number of times an ad is presented to the user). - Create profiles for personalized advertising *
Information about user activity on this service (such as forms submitted, content viewed) may be stored and combined with other information about the user (e.g., information from the user’s previous activity on the service and on other websites or apps) or similar users. This information is, therefore, used to create or improve a profile of the user (which could include any interests and personal aspects). This or other entities may make use of the user’s profile (including later) to present more relevant ads based on the user’s possible interests. - Use of profiles for the selection of personalized advertising *
Advertising presented to the user on the service may be based on their advertising profiles, which may reflect activity on the service or other websites or apps (such as forms submitted, content viewed), possible interests and personal aspects of the user. - Create custom content profiles *
Information about user activity on this service (such as forms submitted, content viewed) may be stored and combined with other information about the user (e.g., information from the user’s previous activity on the service and on other websites or apps) or similar users. This information is, therefore, used to create or improve a profile of the user (which could include, for example, possible interests and personal aspects). The user’s profile can be used (even later) to present content that, judging by the user’s possible interests, appears more relevant, for example by adapting the order in which content is shown, so as to make it even easier for the user to find content that matches his or her interests. - Using profiles for custom content selection *
The content presented to the user on the service may be based on his or her content personalization profiles, which may reflect his or her activity on this or other services (e.g., forms submitted, content viewed), possible interests and personal aspects, adapting, for example, the order in which content is shown to the user, so as to make it even easier for the user to find content (not advertising) that meets his or her interests. - Evaluate the performance of ads *
Information about the advertisement presented to the user and how the user interacts with it can be used to determine the level of effectiveness of an advertisement with regard to the user or other users and whether the goals of the advertisement have been achieved. For example, whether the user viewed an ad, clicked on it, induced the user to buy a product or visit a website, etc. This is very useful for understanding the relevance of advertising campaigns. - Evaluate content performance *
Information about the advertisement presented to the user and how the user interacts with it can be used to determine the level of effectiveness of an advertisement with regard to the user or other users and whether the goals of the advertisement have been achieved. For example, if the user reads an article, watches a video, listens to a podcast, or looks at a product description, how much time they spend on the service, web pages visited, etc., how much time is spent on the service? This is very useful in understanding the relevance of the (non-advertising) content being shown to the user. - Understand the audience through statistics or interconnection of data from different sources *
Reports can be generated based on the combination of datasets (such as user profiles, statistics, market research, analytical data) regarding user interactions and those of other users with advertising or (non-advertising) content in order to identify common characteristics (e.g., to determine which target audiences are most receptive to an advertising campaign or certain content). - Develop and improve services *
Information about user activity on the service, such as interaction with ads or content, can be very useful for improving products and services and creating new products and services based on user interactions, audience type, etc. This specific purpose does not include the development or improvement of user profiles and identifiers.
In addition, again with your consent (not mandatory for access to services without paid subscription), Speed Park and its partners may use the following “Special Features” for the above purposes:
- Use accurate geolocation data
With your consent, your precise location (within a radius of less than 500 meters) may be used to support the purposes outlined in this policy. - Active scanning of device characteristics for identification purposes
With your consent, certain specific characteristics of your device may be requested and used to distinguish it from other devices (such as fonts or plug-ins installed, screen resolution) to support the purposes outlined in this policy.
Please be advised that Special Features may be used, regardless of the preferences you have indicated, if they are found to be necessary to ensure security, prevent fraud, and debugging.
When you first log in, by clicking on the ACCEPT button, you authorize us to install Cookies for all of the above purposes and to use, for those purposes, data related to “Special Features”. Alternatively, by accessing the Advertising Preferences Panel, you can instead select only the purposes marked with an asterisk and reject Special Features, while still having access to our services without a paid subscription. If you reject one or more of the purposes marked with an asterisk in the list above, however, you will be able to enjoy the services by purchasing one of our subscriptions.
