The information contained therein does not extend to any other external websites consulted by the user (hereinafter also Interested Party) through links on this site.
By continuing to browse, the general information given therein is taken for granted.
Any adherence to service proposals contained in the various parts of the site (subscription to the newsletter, filling in forms to request information, …), as well as any specific information related to processing for different and specific purposes, are instead subject to the relevant consent to processing.
Consent is valid only if it comes from a person over the age of 18 or a minor who has reached the age of 16.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA
Apart from what has been specified for navigation data and technical cookies, the Interested Party is free to provide his or her personal data through the use of specific forms or modules on the site to request the sending of the newsletter, informative material or other communications and, more generally, for the purposes set forth in the relevant and specific information, which may be subject to consent. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The data, in compliance with confidentiality, are managed only by personnel authorized by the Data Controller. In particular:
- subjects who typically act as Data Controllers, i.e.: i) people, companies or professional firms that provide assistance and consultancy to Speed Park S.r.l. in the accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial and debt collection fields relating to the provision of the Services; ii) subjects with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of the Services; iii) subjects delegated to carry out technical maintenance activities (including maintenance of network equipment and electronic communications networks);
- subjects, bodies or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate personal data pursuant to legal provisions or orders of the authorities;
- Speed Park S.r.l. employees authorized for the processing necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of the Services.

The data in electronic format may be stored with IT service providers in countries belonging to the European Union, in accordance with the relevant provisions.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The maximum data retention period corresponds to the legal limitation periods.
PROCESSING METHODS
Speed Park S.r.l., as Data Controller, and each of the external Managers, manages and archives with automated and/or paper-based tools the personal data collected through the use of the site and its various functions that can be activated at the user’s request, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or voluntarily communicated by the user.
Specific security measures, as required by art. 32 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Under no circumstances are the data disclosed.
No personal profiling of the user is envisaged on the aforementioned data.
RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
Pursuant to articles 13, paragraph 2, letters (b) and (d), 15, 18, 19 and 21 of the Regulation, the interested party has the right to:
- ask the Company to access the personal data concerning him, to rectify or cancel them or to limit their processing, or to oppose their processing, in the cases provided for;
- lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, following the procedures and instructions published on the official website it;
Any corrections or cancellations or limitations of processing carried out at the request of the interested party – unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort – will be communicated by the Company to each of the recipients to whom the personal data have been transmitted. The Company may communicate to the interested party the names of these recipients.
The exercise of rights is not subject to any formal constraints and is free. Only in the event that the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, the Company may charge an expense contribution or refuse to satisfy the request.
In any case, if he believes that the processing of his data does not comply with the law, the interested party still has the right to contact the Supervisory Authority (Privacy Guarantor).
